Bentonite – HV

What is this product used for?

Bentonite-HV is a modified sodium-activated bentonite. Due to these modifications, only a dosage of 40–45 kg/m³ of bentonite-HV is required. Despite the lower dosage, the rheological properties of the resulting fluid will be improved compared to the base product. Because of the low dosage, the final price per m³ of drilling fluid is lower than that of the base product, bentonite.

How should you process it?
- Bentonite HV (high viscosity, low mixing ratio, easily recyclable, available in various packaging).
- Mix with drinking water and mix for 30 minutes to obtain a stable gel structure.
